It is one of the most beautiful towns to visit on the Amalfi coast, in the southern Italy. From here you may admire the amazing landscape around the Gulf of Salerno and its beautiful sea.
Through its streetsm you may find typical little shops, with several souvenirs, food, and typical spirit home made (we will talk later about it).

Here you may eat typical Italian sea food, like tuna tartare or salmon marinated in orange, or salt cod with fried courgette flowers.
But if you like to drink spirit, you cannot ignore to taste the Limoncello, typical in this region: you will notice for sure, a lot of little shops with bottles of a yellow alcholic beverage.

In the the little town of the island, placed on the northern side, you will visit its little streets, shops, restaurants and some of its beautiful buildings and monuments, like Palazzo Florio and Matrice square.
The land inside the island is bare and during the summer is really hot, so we advice you to bring always a bottle of water.
